Where are you located?

What do I bring with me to my session?

Each type of session may have different things to bring. But universally, make sure to bring some touch up necessities for hair & makeup and a backup outfit (just in case). Make sure to bring any props you wish to use!

How far ahead of time should I book my session?

I’d recommend scheduling at least a month out from the date you wish to shoot. In a pinch? I’ll do whatever I can to accommodate last minute shoots but I can not promise availability.

Seniors should schedule their photos for June-October before/at the beginning of their senior year.

How should we dress for Family Pictures?

I always recommend families coordinate their outfits, as it’s more pleasing to the eye. Neutrals and earth tones are always the best options. Avoid patterns all together if possible. The classic look of denim with black or white is a timeless and very clean look.

I do require my families to show up shoot-ready. This means wrinkle free clothes, no food on the clothes or faces, and in good health.

I have some insecurities (acne, cellulite, stretch marks, etc) that I don’t want in my images. Do you retouch your photos?

First, you are beautiful. Yes I do skin retouching as well as editing out major acne, blemishes, bruises, or marks. If there is something specific you’d like me to pay closer attention to, just let me know! I won’t make you look 30 lbs lighter but I can do my best to make you photos represent you in the best way possible!

I want photos done in my home, can you do that?

This depends on the type of session. In most cases, yes! Message me and we can chat about our options!

*Side note, I’m extremely allergic to cats. Please let me know if you have cats and are wishing to have a shoot done in your home.

What do we do if the weather is bad the day of our outdoor session?

This Montana weather can be very unpredictable! If the day of our scheduled session comes and the weather is uncooperative, we can first try moving to a different time of day (maybe the storm will pass). If that’s not an option, a reschedule date will be offered for within the month.

Another option is we can move our outdoor session into the studio (availability depending)! Additional fees may apply in that case.

I’ve never been comfortable in front of the camera…can I still get photos done?

Absolutely you can! Doing a session with me is entering a judgement free zone. We can blast your favorite playlist and you can even bring your bestie! As your photographer, I am your designated hype gal and it’s my job to make sure you feel as comfortable and confident as possible!

Of course you can! In fact, I encourage it! However I don’t recommend bringing a whole group as it causes a major distraction.

Seniors are required to bring a parent or guardian along.

Can I bring someone to my session?

I have no idea how to pose for pictures…what do I do?

Don’t worry! Not everyone is a professional model! I’m here to guide you and give you instructions for posing!

I saw something online I wanted to try…can you help me?

Yes! I’m 100% open to trying new techniques and/or trendy shoots. Message me with your idea and let’s go all in!

I want my proposal secretly photographed by you…how do I plan for that?

Simple! Send me his/her information (Instagram, phone number, or FB profile) and I can reach out and let them know I offer this service and that you wished for it. Your future spouse and I can plan accordingly from there. I’ll hide in the bushes for you♥
